My division was closed in my old company and there is an outstanding commission owed to me from one account that is now going into a lawsuit. I have agreed to help my old company collect and basically its a shoe in lawsuit based on the contract...the other company is just trying to get the 400k owed down to half...and settle...
they said i'd be paid once they collect...however, that could be months from now...is there any legal action i could take that would make them pay up now?
