My ex had me served w/a protection order we had been together for over 6 1/2yrs. The ex used my past criminal background to obtain the order basically perjuring herself, the ex is a person of trust(medical). I am a convicted felon and a recovering addict and also temporary disabled awaiting a decision for full disability benefits, ex was the soul provider for our whole relationship, ex was my dads end of life nurse. I was 1yr out of recovery when father passed awa?y ex pursued me into a relationship and being vouranable after 4months I finally gave in. Ex and I shown to others we were a couple. She was able to end our relationship by coning me out of $10k from a life insurance claim from the death of my mother, a vehicle and my 3dogs I raised from birth. She also committed fraud by insurance and tax. I am now homeless, financially broke, along with emotional stress and depression and anxiety, my life is unmanageable, do I have a case to pursue
