common property line between neighbors

my neighbor and myself moved in to this neighborhood within six months of each other.we have a problem over the property line between us.they like to take my fence down (middle of yard to the rear alley fence.)to complicate matters i have an anti- harrassment order againt them for the next4 months.the fence in question was six ft board fence.it was there for about twelve yrs.being there that long is that my property?while i am at work they put new posts in maybe a foot to their advantage.i have pictures do i have a case in court?by the way they do this on the weekends.also their workmanship is about par of an wrecking yard fence.they have been told about permits.now they want claim it was their fence for their property.the finish boards 1x6 faced their property. any advice would be appreciated thankyou. ron
