Concerned I may have done something stupid while trolling.

Hi, I'm new to this so if I ramble I hope you can bare with me. My question concerns some comments I made on Omegle recently when I was participating in a 4chan "raid". I'm now scared I might have done something stupid that could get me in legal trouble.

There were several 4chan users participating in what they refer to as a "raid" on the chat website Omegle. We were trying to trick pervs into going to fbi.gov

To achieve this, we'd make comments like:
"Wanna see some HOT, hardcore illegal porn? Then fbi.gov is you place ...tell them Agent Fox Mulder sent you......(Have fun in prison pedo)."

We'd make different variations on this telling them "go to CIA.gov ...tell them Agent Stan Smith sent you" or "goto Whitehouse.gov ...tell them President Obama sent you".

I know it's kinda a stupid thing to do, but I didn't see any harm in it at the time since I figured most intelligent people could tell it was an obvious joke to mess with pervs. But a few people seemed to have taken seriously, thinking we were actually advertising illegal websites or something.

So my question is - did I actually do anything that was illegal or could get me in trouble? I'm obviously fairly ignorant on cyber laws, but I don't think I did anything I might have done that'd have the police knocking on my door did I?

I'm really freaking out on this & had several people tell me to calm down before I have a mental breakdown worrying over stupid stuff. Please don't think I'm screwing around or trolling with this question. I'm legit worried I crossed the line somehow.

I have no idea what Omegle is but if you grow up and stop acting like a 10 year old you'll get alot further in life.

Yes sir, I realize it was juvenile and stupid. But I'm seeking some legal advice on this. I guess more than anything just to make sure I didn't do anything that's gonna get me in legal deep crap.

Probably not.

I think you are fairly ignorant. Period.

It would serve you right if the police did come knocking at your door but the reality is that it's unlikely that anything will come of this.

Grow up and find something more constructive to do with your time.

it's never wise to repeat any pranks you are ALLEGED to have committed.

If you're very worried, simply demolish the device(s) that SOMEONE is ALLEGED to have used while committing the PURPORTED misdeeds.

Otherwise, never mention any shenanigans that others may ALLEGE occurred.

Yes, it could POSIIBLY be proven a message came from a certain ISP.
If, however, the device(s) ALLEGED to have been the source of the "prank" communications are no longer intact, it would be impossible to prove who may have committed the ALLEGED misdeeds.

As others have supposed, it's extremely doubtful that any law enforcement agency would pursue this.

More than likely the ALLEGED "Pervs", "Pedos", & "Freaks" we're BUTT HURT ad struck a blow because someone sprayed water on their naughty, nasty "freaky fire" of "gettin they rocks off"!

If, however, -50-, the FEEBS, the MAN, or the POPO do come a knocking, this video offers very useful information on how best to protect yourself:
