Condo Parking Laws

I would like to know the laws for parking a commercial vehicle in a condo
complex. I am an owner whose husband works for a 24-hr medical
emergency delivery company and I am being told that he cannot park
his company delivery vehicle in our complex. They say there's a law
that the association and the driver will get fined $1,000 per day but his
company is requiring him to bring the truck home. Please advise.

Who is telling you this? Ask them to point out this law to you.

Without knowing what it is and what it says, there's no way to tell if they are correct.

Ask the association to show you what the parking rules are for the condominium so you can see if any restrictions are clearly stipulated on them (in addition to having tell you what is the law they say restricts your husband's truck from being parked there)
