I was recently let go from my job, I filed for unemployment and stated my supervisor had been harrasing me because I am a woman. Which is all true and provable all of that aside. They told me they found text messages on my phone that were "drug deals" and they were gonna pull all of my text records and find out. Is it legal for them to do this to me? Can I be prosecuted? How do I fight this?

If this was a phone owned by your employer, then yes, they have access to all records for everything you do with that phone. If they want to turn that information over to law enforcement they can do so. Whether or not law enforcement would pursue anything is anyone's guess.

There is nothing for you to fight until you are actually charged with a crime.
