I went to court a year ago and got divorced and now my ex is not living up to his half of the loan we have together and I am having to foot the whole thing. Even though the bill has been going to his house for the past year and a half. Is there anything I can do to get him to pay the half that the court has ordered him to? Right now, it is all on me and my hands are tied because the company cannot get ahold of him. If I want to fix my credit I am having to pay this all on my own. The loan company says they do not honor divorce decrees and what they say. Is this true?
