I am a Renovation Contractor in Toronto, Canada. Three weeks ago I finished a basement renovation. Theo owner travels alot so I paod for some of the expenses such as Electrician and some building supplies. I have contacted him several times concerning this money and he keeps putting me off telling me he is expectiing money. The total which he still owes me in around 4500.00 can you please give me some advice as to how I would proceed with this? This project as been going on since back in February the majority of this money has been owed to me since March. I have no idea where to start at this all I know is I want my money.....NO more excuses!
