I live in texas and i recently applyed for a job. they did a consumer report and found a small theft incidint that happen alomost 3 years ago.i was 17 when this happened.And im now 20, i didnt get any felony charges.All i got was a ticket that i had to go to court to pay for. i didnt get arrested for it and when i went to court they just gave me deferred adjudifaction and i had to pay some court costs. i have a job now and when they did a background check they never found it. Is there any way i can get this removed?? and how did they find it? i wasnt convicted of anything it was just written a ticket.
