Contesting Speeding Ticket - CA

I have one point on my record already and I just recieved another ticket about two weeks ago for going 91 in a 65 zone. I've recieved a Notice of Bail from them yesterday and it says I'm not eligible for Traffic School. What is my best course of action for contesting this ticket?

Another point and you lose your insurance discount and you will be rerated and your basic insurance will also go up for the next three years. There is no way to know what is the best course of action without a lot more details.
