I own a small business and one of a girl that work for me signed a contract with with a waste company, for three years which i didn't said anything since i need their service and their price is reasonable. But for the past three years the price have change. So a month before my contract end i call and ask to end my service and they said all we need to do is send them a letter saying that we want to end the service before it end. So i did and now they saying if we want to end it we have to mail the letter 2 month before the end of contract date and the contract will be automatic resign for another tree years so my question is Since i didn't sign the contract can i just cancel the service?

I really don't know what to do and i don't speak so normally hire someone to translate for me.

Speak with a local lawyer.

The contract signed by your employee is most likely constructively established, even though it could have been voidable.

You'll need a lawyer to fix this now.

Army is right that your inaction has ratified the contract as if you signed it. Employees can enter into contracts for you if you let them. It's called "apparent authority." Usually you can void these contracts if you act within a reasonable amount of time.

In this case you are not locked into a full 3 years, or at least I doubt it. If the written contract says 2 months notice you needed to give 2 months notice. But, I'm sure there is some way of breaking the contract. Look at it carefully, there is some penalty you can pay to get out of it.
