Contract term for training?

Hello,
I'm not sure which jurisdiction this falls under as the hq is in Indiana and I reside in California and report to an office in California.

I was wondering whichever the jurisdiction is whether a 2 year contract for payment of training by the company is enforceable? Basically, the amount owed gets prorated as time passes but just wanted to know what my options were. Thank you in advance.

In any jurisdiction, the only answer to the question, "Is this agreement enforceable" is, only an attorney in your state (in this case California unless the contract specifically states Indiana law will be used) who has read the contract or agreement can say.
