This is an agreement between Paul Przelski and Arthur Sherin. Art will be driving a 2006 Dodge Sprinter currently owned by Paul Przelski ( I picked this van up at the dealer it was new) which is under contract with Panther Expedited Services, Inc. Arthur Sherin will be considered a sub-contractor and will be issued a 1099 at end of year. Arthur sherin is responsible for his own taxes. This agreement is for 5 years and starts on 11/13/2006 and ends on 11/13/2011.

This contract states that Arthur Sherin will drive the Dodge Sprinter and be responsible for any and all repairs as well as maintaining the required insurance and paying Paul Przelski the van payment of $878.00 per month plus $1000.00 per month. the $1000.00 is Paul Przelski's total profit for the month per this agreement. The monthly total is $1878.00. the weekly amount is $434.00. Failure to make payments on a weekly basic will result in Arthur sherin forfeiting any and all monies paid up until that time. Arthur will have to turn in the van to Paul at that time and his employment by Paul as a sub-contractor, will cease at that time. If Arthur decides to quit or get fired by Panther Expedited Service Inc. or by Paul Przelski for any reason, the van will go to Paul Przeiski. All monies paid to that point will become forfeited by Arthur sherin and Paul Przelski will remain the owner of the vehicle.

All monies paid to Paul Ptelski from Panther Expedited Services Inc. made from Arthur Sherin's driving will be paid to Arthur Sherin minus the above mentioned total of $1878.00 per month. This total includes the van payment of $878.00 plus the $1000.00 a month for Paul Przelski's monthly profit that is paid directly tp Paul Przelski. all monies left over from Arthur sherin's driving will paid to him either by mailing him the remaining money in the form of a check or by wire to Arthur Sherin's bank account.

If all payments have been made on time by Arthur sherin, at the end of five years, Arthur Sherin will become the owner of the Dodge Sprinter. The title will be free and clear at that time.

-------End of contract----------

I Arthur Sherin have driven for Panther Expedited Services,Inc for the past 2 1/2 years as an owner/operator.
Now as a driver for a fleet owner I do not get paid from Panther all monies goes directly to Paul Przelski and after each load I send all paper work to Panther via Trip Pac which is a company that has boxes located at Truck Stops all over North America. The 15 days after Panther receives the paper work they pay there fleet owners via comdata.
I have very little control over when Panther receives this paper work called BOL.
Because of this there may be times when the owners may not receive any settlements in a weeks time because of this Paul has decided that I should not receive any pay until the whole $1878.00 is paid. So therefore there is times that I may go up tp 3 weeks before I get paid for my driving.
Paul Przelski has not one put one red cent into this just his name. I pay 100% for everything.
I get paid from Panther 45% of what the load pays after I drop off any loads, which covers fuel cost and tolls.

You ask why would anyone get into a contract likes this? At the time I had agreed to drive this van I thought that I was going to have a power of attorney and would get paid directly by Panther and would pay for the van myself, the $1000.00 was not mentioned until I traveled 600 miles to pick van up and had agreeded with Panther to drive for this person.
And I was 600 miles from home and the only way of getting back was to drive the van.
