Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication contributing to a minor

I recently received a ticket for contributing to a minor. We were on the sidewalk right outside my apartment getting ready to walk in when a car pulled up and asked for our id's. My roommates, who are under 21, were holding the alc because i had to hurry to the bathroom. Well my roommate admitted to the cop that she gave me money. I have heard something about a prayer for judgement. I have nothing else, not even a speeding ticket on my record, would i be able to use this for my offense? If so, how do i go about it?

When you go to court, ask the clerk who you talk to about plea bargains.
