My mother died a year ago. (I live in Massachusetts): My older sibling was living near her in Virginia, she called me the night my mother died and said she needed to send us a letter from her lawyer within 30 days, she never did. She will not give us any of our mothers things. My mother had no will. What is my older siblings obligation
