Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Conversion

I was arrested for shoplifting a $20 pair of shorts. when i got my subpoena it said i was charged with criminal conversion. This is my first offense and my court date is tomm. I don't know what to do at all. My dad was so angry with me he refused to help me get a lawyer. I'm really worried about whether I'm going to be sent to jail, or fined or put on probation. Can someone please help me ASAP? I would realy appreciate it. Oh, I'm 19 by the way. Thank you

Need to know what rights a defendant have to request paperwork in his case from his court appointed lawyer. There is a case that happened in Maryland but I can seem to find it on the internet. Defendant has requested information from his lawyer and she is denying him his paper work
