Convicted Felon in Possession of a firearm

If someone was convicted of a non-violent felony over 10 years ago and are now being charged with possession of a fire arm, what type of jail time do you think they are looking at? There are no other charges being filed. Also, besides a couple traffic tickets the person has not been in any trouble since 1995.

You would have to consult with your lawyer………..different counties or rejoins handle such sentences differently. Some might be a bit lenient given the first crime was way back, while others might not care and even give a tougher sentence………..Your lawyer knows your region, court, and judge better.
