A little over a year ago, I was injured at work. One of the fuses blew, and when I reached my hand into an edger without a safety shield on it, the top of my hand was cut. The doctor I work for called another doctor he knew to "fix" the injury on my hand. I was told that I would have all normal feeling back in the hand within a year. This is not true. I was convinced at the time not to sign any worker's comp paperwork by the company I work for because they said they were taking care of the doctor bill. What can I or should I do in my situation? I still work at the same place and don't want to take a chance of having them become upset with me bringing up this injury.

You have to make a choice: Is the injury worth bringing up or are you more concerned about losing your job. You can still sue and probably still get worker's comp. See an attorney for those answers.
