A person that rented a room at the same place as me and my kids lived at was involved in planting pay out sheets and extracted an oz of herion from an unknown location in a room that she occupied and handed to the police that were thereto execute a stolen property warrant that was bogus and although they found nothing on me or around me have charged me with the narcotics now since this has transpired I was able to bond out and gather evidence which includes text and call logs between this person and the det.who filed the report the last phone call had a time stamp that corealted with archived dispatch transmissions I was able to obtain approach 25 minutes before they kicked the door in I was able to have her handwriting analyzed to a 98.7 0/0 chance to b hers and when questioned in preliminary the officer said unequivocally he did not know her as an informant nor had he any prior contact with her that's a lie he also left her entire exisistence out of the report ! His reason for this was put simply he didn't feel she was significant to the case!! Since I've been out of custody this same detective has contacted me through a phone call to ask me about helping him get someone big and he said the d a told him to call me I recorded the whole thing ! Is this gonna fly in court any of it
