a cop called me and left a message on my voicemail saying she knows that i commited a crime when i did not what can i do about the phone call i went to the police and they told me they would counsile her but still i almost ended up in the hospitol because of my nerves and i cant deal with that stuff

You can make a complaint to the agency involved. If you ended up in the hospital and you can find an attorney willing to take the case to sue the police for your damages, then go right ahead. I suspect that won't happen, but you can always consult an attorney.
