Hi. If you use someone elses cd to install software on a pc but use your own cd key. Can this be seen as theft in anyway???? I would like as much info regarding this law as possible or other places i could go to for advice tnx

Contact the vendor and ask them. Most likely it is technically illegal but it seems rather ridiculous of you actually paid for the software at some point. But, like movies, I think it is illegal to make copies of the discs, even if they are for your own use. Like I said--ridiculous.
