Hello everyone on thelaw.com, this is my first post so hopefully I'm not duplicating the same question 100X over - and I apologize in advance if I am.
I was wondering if anyone could give me a general ballpark estimate of how much basic discovery cost in a discrimination case. Or what would be involved in getting discovery on items such as emails, and yearly performance reviews, and salaries -W2s, promotion and raise history, HR complaints for a particular department, etc.?
