I have a court date for being a minor intoxicated in public tomorrow. First offense. If i plead not guilty, is it impossible to get it deferred?
 
Do your parents have a lawyer for you? You definitely want to plead not guilty. A lawyer will get you the best outcome possible. (I don't know if you are a minor under 18 or if you mean you are under the drinking age of 21 but 18 or older - either way do as suggested.) You should be ok - a lawyer should get this taken care of for you.
