I was granted a divorce, in my hast and being uncontested, I overlooked some of the provisions. Was it legal and morale for my ex's attonery to not include a court ordered child support arrangement from a previous marriage. When the decree became finialized I ended up paying her 3 times as much as I did for child support from a previous marriage, per month. The fininacial strain was unbearable, tried to modify agreement but was turned down. This could have been a factor in my 3 heart attacks and becoming disabled. Now I try to pay the child support, but am behind in the alimony. Is there anything I can do?

What state are you in? Did you appeal? A previous child support order is usually factored in. Have you applied for disability? Once you get approved your ex will receive a benefit. You really need to see an attorney I assume you did not have one when you divorced?
