My mother died in the US without leaving a will. She did not have any significant property here, but she had a bank account in her native country. Now my relatives there are trying to open a case in the court and inherit that bank account. I don't have any problem with it as it was their common account, but it was opened on my mom's name. Now I need to send them a document from our local court saying that there is no parallel case here. Where can I get such document? Thank you.
