Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Court? HELP please

i got this mail my mailbox and i couldnt understand what is about a court date or something

A warrant has been approved for your arrest for the above charge.However i have delayed action on issuing said warrant pending an investigation regarding your elibility for The Merdian T. Police Program.

The purpose of this investigation is to determine whether you qualify for a voluntary program term. Satisfactory completion of the probation term would result in the charge being dropped and a clean arrest record.

Your scheduled appointment will be on FRIDAY September 25 2009 at 9 am. Please report to the Meridian Township Prosecuting Attorney's office located at .... ..... ... Failure TO APPEAR ON THE ABOVE DATE AND TIME WILL RESULT IN ISSUANCE OF THE CHARGES AND YOUR ARREST

Note: To facilitate your application and possible acceptance into the program be sure to bring:

so they not gonna judge go to jail and stuff like that is it just a program to enter beacause thats my first offense i never had any kind of troble trafic bills or anything !!

By what your post says yes. You pay the fine and anything else they ask and your case is dropped! This means no criminal record!! A big win/win for all!! Be sure to ask if this will appear on your record to be clear but yes this is great deal take it unless you choose to fight charge! If you fight and lose expect Judge to throw the book at you

GOOOD !! i will take it im not gonna fight back im just gonna tell the judge that it was my first and last time doing shoplifting and i learnd a good lesson by that because evryone making mistakes in their life!
do u think they would let me pay like 200$ now and 200$ beacuse i dont have 400$ !!

Probably and it will be a condition of program nothing is "dropped" until you complete all portions of program
