Court Order finalized but not signed

Hello,

What can I do?
I finally got a new Child Support Court Order increasing child support and the judge asked if it was ok with all parties and it became a done deal.
My Ex now is refusing to sign the court order because they do not want to pay more child support. What can be done? It's going on a month.

If the judge ordered it, then he has to pay. What do you mean he refuses to sign it? Isn't it already a court order?
