Court Order for Judgement- Help.

My husband got a court order stating if his ex wife doesn't pay her share of the kids medical bills within 10 days, a judgement will be entered.

She didn't pay, so what is the next step? How do I get the court to enter the judgememt? DO I have to file another motion to enforce? We have about 15 orders on this topic. Thanks

Are you an attorney? No? Than you can't file anything to do with this case. Hubby needs to handle this by notifying the courts.

I know that, I am the on who types it up. Geez.

Now back to my question. Does an enforcement motion need to be filed? Hubby contacted the law clerk and she would not help im at all..h
