This is so confusing so please bear with me.In my divorce agreement my husband was to pay off my house. We had a number of rental property and instead for forcing him to sell everything I just wanted my house so my son and I would have some place to live. Our son was about 8yrs at the time.My ex had a girlfriend whom he already had a child with while we were married and another on the way.So I had no choice but to divorce him.He paid on the house until our son was about 19yrs old then fell behind on the payments and it went into foreclousure.I remarried and they let my current husband put the house in his name so we could keep it.Thank God.So I went back to the same atty I had that did my divorce and we took my ex back to court and he took us into a room and my ex signed an agreement that he would pay what he owed on the house which was $35,000.He wanted to settle out of court.I told my atty right there that I would have to keep comming back to him because I knew he wouldn't pay and that's exactly what happend. He paid not even a full year and has stopped. This was court ordered so what can I do?I called my atty back and told him just exactly what I thought would happen and he said "Well Sherri, for $550 we can take him back to court! He told me I was lucky that I got to keep my house for as long as I did!So in hind sight I guess I should have taken half of everything! You know that's why women have to be ugly in divorces or else we get the shaft. My ex has lost his house now and moved out of state and is working in Tenn as a millwright and make good money. He doesn't see his other two sons and is truly a loser. My current husband works at AEP and I work at a MRDD school and we are having a hard time just keeping the lights on and yet someone like him seems to glide thru life and I'm not sure how he sleeps at night but I guess he does. Please help me!

All I got from the atty is a paper that says Memorandum of Agreement with case number. We all signed it.It says...On 7-6-05 the undersigned parties appeared before Magistrate Jay S Willis and acknowledged that they have knowingly and voluntarily entered into the following Agreement to resolve the pending matters before the Court. The parties request the court approve and adopt the following Agreement as a Court Order. That's all I ever got from my atty since I've never done this before I trusted him and that this is all I was supposed to get.At the bottem it says NOTICE:Failure to provide the Entry journalizing this Agreement and all other required documents may result in dissmissal of the pending motion/s pursuant to Civil Rule 41(B)(1) Whatever that means and I'm almost afraid to ask.HELP!
