Is there such a thing as court ordered rehab?
Friend of mine has an adult son that doesn't think he needs rehab. Was in one and walked out.
Can my friend go to the courts and make the argument that he does need rehab and have the court order state that he must go to a locked facility where he cannot walk out on his own. Is that possible?
Honestly, the best thing that could happen, is that he gets arrested for drugs and then he has no choice but to go to rehab. But so far luck has been on his side and my friend is a wreck.
