Coworker

I am wondering what to do with a coworker who is giving me a feeling that she might be sue happy. Last Friday she said a door almost hit her and I said sorry and she said she gonna sue. I know she might not be able to do anything about a door almost hitting her. But she is now she giving me feeling she might be sue happy. What the best way to deal with a coworker that might be she happy.

Ignore her. Until you are actually served with papers to the effect that she has filed a lawsuit against you, you've got nothing to worry about.

This post looks familiar. We recently had one where lady at work almost got hit in the nose with a door, OP said sorry but lady was talking about suing.

Agree with cbg - don't worry about it unless you are served with papers. I don't know what she would sue for - she wasn't hit - only almost.
