Kids are nasty, lazy, foul mouthed, little liars.

They cost parents lots of money, and make them cry many tears.

Apparently so if they did. Do you & the Father live together? The Father has to do his part to get the children back. You can talk to your "case" worker or possibly a lawyer.

Are you and the father living in the same home? If so, what is it that he is supposed to do and NOT doing?

The short answer is, maybe. Depending on the reason for their intervention they might be able to get a court order to remove the children if you and dad fail to follow the parenting plan or other directions given.
