Craigslist buyer threatened to take me to small claims

I posted a Christmas tree on Craigslist and sold it this afternoon. A few hours later I received 4 texts that said "You KNEW THE TOP was completely broken!!!!" "YOU SOLD ME A BROKEN TREE FOR $100!!!" I should bring the police over to your house in Arlington ms (my name)!" and "Get ready for small claims court!!!!!"
First I did not know the tree was broken or I would not have listed it. Also, I just sent messages with this person through text and we met in a public place - I don't know how she got my name or where I live. Can she really take me to small claims? I sent her multiple messages asking what was wrong with it and told her I would have no problem meeting her to get it back. I am a single mom and feel like this lady is crazy and I am being scammed. It makes me very nervous. What should I do and what can come of this?

Stop responding to her.

She bought an item, unseen, from Craigslist. Without wanting to be too flippant about it, she has as much of a chance at winning in small claims as I have of becoming the next US president.

I wouldn't do anything until she (& she may not) takes you to small claims court. I can't see her winning.
