Crazy Ex

I recently moved back home for the winter, my exgirlfriend has all my stuff and refuses to send it to me. Can I have someone go get it for me, can she dispute this and not let them in the house? Should I call the police to be there because she is crazy?

I guess the first question would have to be this: Why did you leave your stuff with a "crazy ex?"
The problem you are likely to run into is that you have to prove the stuff is yours. Any civil action against the ex will fall on its face if that person denies the property belongs to you.
Do you have any friends that can talk to the "crazy ex" about returning your property?
I think the only thing you can do at this point is communicate with this person about returning what is yours. I would suggest choosing a neutral location for the discussion and have a mutual friend present as a witness.
