Is there anything I can do to stop my spouse from charging huge amounts on our credit cards with out my consent? Both our names are on the cards.

If you're BOTH signatories on the cards, you have a big problem.
You can request the credit card issuer remove you, but they usually just laugh at thise requests.
Why?
Two fish are better than one, in their view.
If the card is yours, and the spouse is an authorized user, you can have the spouse taken off your account.
You can divorce the spouse, or file bankruptcy in YOUR name only, assuming you qualify.
That leave your spouse on the hook for his part.

I wonder what the spouse is buying & if the spouse just recently started charging such large amounts to the cards. (I'm nosy.)
