Credit card harrassing calls

I fell behind on the monthly date of payments on a card that was near its limit. Because of the late fee, it put me over the limit. THen because of both fees, I cannot get caught up. I've made a payment each month, but thats not enough apparently. I have had debitors call me before, but this one calls 20 times a day, while I am working and disrupts my job and everyone around me. I've asked them to stop, only for them to call me immediately (same minute) that I hang up. Do I have a case to sue them for harrassment? Its NUTS!

If it's the creditor calling you, not a collection agency, you are sort of SOL. You can politely tell them that you are working to pay off the bill, and if they persist in calling you at work, they may succeed in annoying your employer to the point of jeopardizing your employment, which would not be to ANYONE'S benefit.
