Credit card machine never settled, no credit received from a business

I'm in a motel business and have been using the same card machine for 5 years.
I never had to settle the machine at the end of the day because it did it automatically.
To find out, the machine stopped settling itself automatically and I have not been getting credit for the past 15 months!
I contacted the bank and they told me that card transaction disputes can only go back for 60days (Reg E Claim)
Is there any way I can get credit for those uncredited payments?

You haven't noticed a lack of credited payments for 13 months?

That will be between you and your merchant account. Contact your rep quick.

Long story short is you are screwed. Your merchant agreement is where you will find the 60 day rule, which you agreed to when you got set up as a merchant.

I too don't understand how you can run a business and not realize that for over a year you havn't been getting paid.
