Hello,
I am looking to obtain Criminal records for 2 people.
I have already went to the highest court in my county which is Cook County Court in Downtown Chicago.
I used there free to public computers and was able to bring up some criminal information but not a lot.
This is for 2 people that I have seen get arrested and sentenced and still some of the records where not available at the court house.
The records where either really accurate or showed nothing at all.
I am tried the in person at the court house look up attempt.
I am not satisfied with the results being correct.
I am asking if there is "ANY" online service (Paying fee is fine for accurate results) that is a real website to use to bring up Criminal records?
I am mostly looking to pull up records of DUI convictions.
I have case numbers for traffic stops, dates, times, court dates these 2 people went too, the plea they made, ect.
I have the police department that was the arresting or ticketing department depending on the various charges.
I was thinking about going to the individual police departments and requesting the Police reports for these cases.
I did know if I could do that under the freedom of information act or not.
There are 3 to 4 different Police departments that where used.
So that is why I am asking if there was real, not a scam website to use to pull up Police records, arrest reports, and any other type of traffic violations.
I DONT need these to be certified by the court.
I just need as actuate "Rap sheet" as possible.
So please let me know your thought or ideas.
