Creditors attorney sending a Fake writ of garnishment to former employer

I had a creditors attorney send a fake writ of garnishment to a former employer. I haven't worked there for over six years. The creditors attorney didn't even have a judgment filed on the debt. They had a chance to file the judgment but failed to do so in the alloted amount of time after an arbitration award. Can I file a complaint with anyone about the creditors attorney who filed the writ without a judgment? Thanks for any information you can give me.

Send the complaint to the local/state bar association so they can take the appropriate measures when it comes to corrective action.
