Hi Sirs,
since I might need CCRC for a criminal action, my questions are:
- How can I request it? and
- Do I need assistance of an Attorney?.
As a matter of fact, and to be more precise, the judge has spent
already 18 months in a criminal case against me and has not yet
proceeded with any trial, just sent the case to Dead Docket and
asked me to pay restitution.
