I was either charged with criminal mischief or criminal damage to property as a misdemeanor and i think its more of the latter in louisiana, tangipahoa parish.
It had to do with a cell phone of a friend of my current fiancee she told a cop i broke her phone when me and my fiancee were arguing which isn't true, but i need to prepare and figure out what are the penalty's and if the charge is dropped which i think it will be...should i press the issue and sue for defaming my character.
