One of my tenants her lease is up and she owes me rent money, I want to evicit her asap. I sent her two eviction letters she didn't respond to that. What is the easiest and fastest way to evicit her by this weekend.

Unfortunately, you don't get to evict her; the court does. Attempting to do this yourself without the approval of the court can land you in unbelievable legal hot water.

What did these eviction letters you sent to her entail? Were they Pay or Quit letters? Have you filed for an actual eviction through your local court system?

In most states the eviction process for non payment of rent goes as follows.
"Note this is just general statements and not to be taken as your states guidelines"

. Notice to pay rent or quit. (3 to 5 days depending on state)

. Once notice time period expires Landlord goes to court files for eviction.

. Landlord has Tenant served with court papers (Process server is best)

. Tenant has time to reply to court on eviction

. Court date you and Tenant appear and judge rules. 99 times out of 100 its in favor of Landlord

. Several days or weeks later Marshall's or Police post notice on door for tenant to be gone by (inseret date of about two weeks maybe less)

. Said date accurs Marshalls show up and if tenant is still in home they remove Tenant and Tenants belongs.

All that being said before you take any action google your states rental guidleines of talk to a Landlord/Tenant Attorney. The later is best
