My friend got annulment from his fiancee ...in US...due to their non compatability ,immediately after the marriage in wedding chappel...When he would fill any form ,Does he fill the column that,he was previously married or unmarried.

Unless your jurisdiction has special rules stating otherwise, an annulment means there was no marriage. He should check the "unmarried" box.
