want to no if i can make sons dad take paternity son was born from fertility donor he is now 12 do i have the right to do this will court uphold this. his dad is listed on birth certificate
 
Are you asking if you can ask the sperm donor (not the guy on the birth certificate) to take a DNA test?

What are you trying to accomplish?

I don't see how a court can order the boy's putative father to take a DNA test.


But, if you asked him to take such a test, he probably would do so.


But, how does that help you or the boy?

You'll destroy your marriage and your son will probably hate you forever!!!

If you want a divorce, why bring up this nonsense?

Just get a damn divorce and keep your mouth shut.
