Custody question?

My ex has told me that I can have sole physical and legal custody of our 2 daughters (9 months and 2 years). Is there any way that I can get this in legal papers without having to go through court? I know they have undisputed marraige papers but I have not seen anything for custody. I do not know how all this works and do not have money for a laywer.

You really can't - in order for custody to be enforceable, it must go before a judge.

However, you can file a stipulated agreement. this form may help you, too!

Thank you for your reply. He has agreed to visitation at my discretion, and to stay out of our lives. I am not sure how to put this in that form?
