Petitioner files false documentation and claims to have a court order that is going to trial. Petitioner files motion family access on child who does not feel safe due to another child who has visitations with petitioner. Respondent is Full custodial parent who is being held in contempt and the child is forced to go on visitations per a ruling by a judge who knows nothing of the case. If the child isn't made to go the Custodial parent goes to jail! The child's GAL was not present when this ruling was given. The case was asked for a continuance due to trial set and court orders being contested. The orders were filed under false presentation and documentation.

It's only in highly unusual (and extremely rare) circumstances wherein a judge will order NO visitation at all.

In other words, the Custodial Parent best have the child ready for the next visitation period.
