Huh? You post makes no sense.

I'll take a shot at this ;)

Order says Dad has kids EOW.

Dad works. Dad's gf won't watch kids while Dad is working. Mom wants to force Dad to either take the kids for those weekends anyway, or pay for a sitter/daycare while he works. Or get a different job where he doesn't work the weekends.

Mom needs to understand that Dad is not obliged to exercise his visitation.... ;)

Of course, I could have it all wrong.

What a life, huh?

Some women don't want the man's new playmate around the children.

Go figure.

Is her concern that the children have a relationship with their father or that she gets every other weekend to be "free"?

her consern is that yes she wants them to have a relation with him but he doesnt want to take the kids on his weekends. because he works and his girl friend all the sudden doesnt want to watch the kids.he only has the kids 6 days a month and a few hours one other day a week. this the agrement he wanted not the mother and he has tried to change it many times and has got the judge to change his days with the kids. she just doesnt want to keep getting the short end of the stick and needs time for herself also.

Well, she could let Dad have full custody and start paying Dad child support. That way she will get all the time to herself that she wants.

Other than that, Dad is not - as I said - obliged to exercise his visitation, nor is his girlfriend obliged to look after the kids.
