15 yr daughter wants to live with dad. Dad has no court order visitation and I have always allowed her to go for the summer and holidays. He quit the reserves and now cries about losing 14,000 a yr and wants custody. She says she wants to spend more time with half sister. I am not going to do this willingly. She is honor student in high school getting ready to drive and get a job. She has been given almost everything she wants but that will stop when she returns home very soon. Need help not sure what to do

You have the only say currently. If dad wants things to change he'll have to take you to court.

If what you intimate about day's financial situation is true, he might only want her to reduce his financial burden, and to get you to pay child support.

If I were you, I'd say no to both of them. She has no say in the matter. She does as told.

Dad could take you to court, but you're likely to prevail. He'll get court ordered visitation, but custody isn't in the foreseeable future for him.
