Hello i am going through a cousdy bayyle with my kids father who gain cousdy of my kids. I cant afford a lawyer so i wabted to file a level the playing field ,but unsure what im supposed to wtite.

A custody battle? Go to legal aid and see what help they can give you. What are you trying to file?

It sounds like you need legal help. You can contact your local legal aid society or check with your county or state bar assoc. - sometimes they can suggest a lawyer who will take your case pro bono (without cost to you).
