Alright I have been involved in a bunch of drama over a video game on the xbox 360 would a judge take it serious if someone tried to sue me?
They have harassed me alot and I have blocked them every way possible, but they keep saying their boyfriend is a prosecutor and that he is going to sue me for harassing them when I have video proof of them harassing me and saying that they wont move until I move. And all other sorts of things such as messages they have sent me calling me a hoe and so forth. So would a judge take this seriously?

So her boyfriend is a prosecutor... of what? He's an assistant district attorney prosecuting what kind of crime? 99% of the time this is all puffing, each person trying to "one up" the other and nothing ever comes of it. If it's harassment in game play I wouldn't take her seriously at all. I agree with both prior posters.
